1. What products does Asmara Delights offer?
We specialize in Kek Buah Kukus Asmara™, a premium steamed fruit cake available in whole cakes and doorgift slices — ideal for weddings, aqiqah, engagements, and corporate gifting.
2. How can I place an order?
Order via our website (asmaradelights.my) or WhatsApp 012-385 7019. Bulk/custom orders are handled via WhatsApp.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
QR code or bank transfer. All payments are in MYR.
4. Are your products HALAL certified?
Yes. Our cakes are HALAL certified by JAKIM and comply with MeSTI standards.
5. Do you offer delivery?
Yes — nationwide. West Malaysia courier from RM10.00 (up to 3kg). Self-collection at our KL office is available.
6. Is same-day delivery available?
Yes, within Klang Valley via Lalamove (subject to availability and delivery window).
7. How long will my order take to arrive?
Courier dispatch is typically within 1–3 business days. Transit times depend on your location and courier.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Only while the order is still “open.” Once processing has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
9. What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we do not accept returns or refunds. If an item is damaged/incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.
10. How long does the Kek Buah Kukus stay fresh?
Up to 6 months at room temperature. For extended freshness, store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
11. Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
